Terms and conditions (travel & concierge)
These terms govern only the travel and concierge services provided by Vanity Paris. Medical care is the subject of a separate contract between the patient and the clinic.
Purpose & separation of services
Vanity Paris bills exclusively for travel, coordination and concierge services. The medical procedure is paid directly to the clinic according to its own quote; Vanity Paris receives no commission on the medical procedure.
Deposit & payment
A stay deposit (travel/concierge) is requested at booking. For surgery, no payment for the procedure is required during the legal 15-day reflection period.
Cancellation & refund
[Cancellation conditions, deadlines and refund terms to be defined with the lawyer, in accordance with the French Tourism Code.]
Financial guarantee
Client funds relating to the stay are protected by the financial guarantee of the Atout France-registered agency.
