Are you a clinic?
No. We are a coordination service and a travel agency. Care is delivered by independent partner practitioners and facilities, whom you pay directly according to their quote.
Why Paris and not a cheaper destination?
Because you don't come to save a few euros, but to take no risk: French medical safety, practitioners of excellence, a protective legal framework, and a unique Parisian experience.
How does payment work?
Two parts: the care is paid directly to the clinic according to its official quote; travel and coordination are paid to us, with a deposit at booking. Your stay funds are protected by our financial guarantee.
How long do I need to stay in Paris?
It depends on the care: a few days for aesthetic medicine or a transplant, one to two weeks for surgery (recovery included).
And for aesthetic surgery?
French law requires a 15-day reflection period after the quote signed by your surgeon. We build this period into your journey: tele-consultation, then operative stay.
What happens in the event of a complication?
Every case includes complication insurance and structured follow-up (D+7, D+30, D+90). The referring clinic commits to a revision policy defined in advance, and we refer you to a contact in your country if needed.
Can I come with a companion?
Yes, and it is recommended for surgery. Our Signature and Private packages include a program for your companion.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Discretion is at the heart of our service; your medical data and your project are strictly protected.
